TANESCO YATOA MREJESHO UBORESHAJI HUDUMA ZA UMEME

Mrejesho na wadauShirika la Umeme Tanzania (TANESCO) Aprili 27, 2022 katika kikao na wadau mbalimbali wa umeme limetoa mrejesho wa utekelezaji uboreshaji wa huduma ya umeme nchini.
 
Akitoa mrejesho huo Mkurugenzi Mtendaji TANESCO, Maharage Chande amesema maeneo yaliyoboreshwa ni pamoja na eneo la kuunganisha huduma ya umeme kwa wateja.
 
"Kama mnavyofahamu mwezi wa nne mwanzoni TANESCO ilizindua mfumo wa Nikonekt ambao ni mfumo rahisi wa kuomba kidigitali pasipo kulazimu mteja kufika ofisini" alisema Maharage.
 
Aliongeza kuwa moja ya malengo ya Uongozi wa TANESCO ni kuona huduma zinaboreka Kwa viwango vya kimataifa na zinakidhi haja za watanzania.
 
Akielezea eneo lingine la  huduma kwa wateja lililoboreshwa Maharage amesema kuanzishwa kituo cha miito ya simu cha kisasa ambacho kinaweza kurekodi mazungumzo kati ya mteja na mhudumu wa TANESCO hivyo kuongeza ufanisi.
 
Alisisitiza kuwa katika kuimarisha upatikanaji wa huduma ya umeme, TANESCO kwenye ununuzi wa nguzo itazingatia ubora lakini pia  kuwapa kipaumbele watanzania.
 
Aidha, TANESCO imejipanga kutumia nguzo za zege kwa mtandao wa umeme wa kilovolti 11, 33 na 66 na kutumia nguzo za miti kwenye mtandao wa umeme mdogo.
 
"Katika kuweka uwiano wa gharama na huduma kwa wateja lakini pia tutazingatia uwekaji wa nguzo za zege kwenye maeneo hatarishi, maeneo yenye maji maji na mbuga za wanyama" alisema Maharage.
 
Akielezea mradi wa kimkakati wa kufua umeme kwa maji wa bwawa la Julius Nyerere.
 
"Mradi huu ni wa nne kwa ukubwa Barani Afrika, kabla la mradi wa Julius Nyerere bwawa letu kubwa lilikuwa ni Kidatu megawati 200, Julius Nyerere ni sawa na mabwawa kumi ya kidatu" alisema Maharage.
 
Aliongeza mradi wa Julius Nyerere umegawanyika katika maeneo nane ambayo ni ujenzi wa tuta kuu, jengo la kuendeshea mitambo, kingo za kuzuia maji, njia za kupitisha maji kupeleka kwenye mitambo, darajala kudumu, barabara na nyumba za wafanyakazi.
 
Kwa upande wake Naibu Mkurugenzi Mtendaji Usambazaji na Huduma kwa Wateja, Mhandisi Athanasius Nangali alisema Mikoa 13 kutoka Kanda za Mashariki, Kusini na Nyanda za Juu Kusini zimeanza kutumia kituo cha miito ya simu.
